- Safety- Mechanism Malfunction: poterntaially allowing a firearm with the safety mechanism supposedly engaged to unexpectedly fire.
- Worm Sear Edges: potentially allowing a firearm to unexpectedly fire when the safety mechanism is disengaged.
- Fireing Pin Tips Deformed: leading to the possibility of primer- rupute.
